Note that not all items are updated in real time with tracking, and right now there are delays due to massive closures and quarantines that cause couriers to be understaffed.

 

Also note that if your order was placed within a few days, it may not be reflected in the tracking system yet. That does not mean that there is a problem or that your order has not been shipped. We send all orders within 24-72 hours. However, since we use a third-party tracking site, it may take several days for delivery information to be updated in the tracking system.
